A faulty product was sent out which cost me £11 to return. I am still awaiting the outcome as to whether or not a refund of that amount is going to be made given that the boots would not have been returned had they not been damaged. I am pleased to say that the replacement boots appear to be in perfect condition although I have not worn them yet. Otherwise the service was really good, very quick delivery/exchange.
