Having ordered a burgundy/white Vans in a size 4, I received a black/white pair in size 3.5. I emailed on Saturday am and was asked to send pictures which I did. Wednesday morning I got a response offering me a 50% discount on the pair received! If I wanted a black/white pair in size 3.5, I would have ordered them. I was sent a returns label. My problem now is I have to re-order them, I will not receive my 20% discount for my first order via the app and I have to pay the delivery charge again, which now needs to be next day so they are here in time for my nieces birthday. I have explained this via email to your customer services but have not received a response .
