Very poor. Ordered a number of products which arrived as expected. Security tag was left on my jeans which I had paid next day delivery to receive in time for an event.
Raised this via their customer service enquiries and have revived nothing bar an automated response saying they would respond within 3 days. 7 days later and still no response.
