My rating has to do with the delay of the process of my order (1 week) , the cancellation of 2 items and the slow delivery. Eleven days for a European country I think are too many for a 20€ delivery fee. Asos and Debenhams deliver for free in a shorter time.
I didn't rate "very poor" cause I guess it could be worse.
I have not received my parcel yet so I can not give you an overall rating. I hope that the quality of the items ordered live up to my expectations.
