The shoes are great. Don’t like that I am being charged for click and collect (even if it is forced purchase of £5). Also it’s very bizarre and unfair that I can’t return the shoes for refund in store, I will have to pay additional money to send them back. Not very unhappy about this and will never order anything online myself or let my friends and family order from USC again, unless you change your return policy.
