Please do not use hermes couriers they were useless. I have only just received my parcel today 7 days later as the courier company told me they had tried to deliver my parcel when I was in then 2 days later said it had been delivered in a safe place when I was in and it hadn't and they said it had been scanned so they investigated and without any apology it finally got delivered 2 days later. What a farce! The trainers are a present but I'm sure my son in law will be pleased with them.
