Ordered some converse for my little girls birthday. Went to store to pick them up, got them home and inside was a pair of children’s walking boots. Then had the hassle of driving back to store only to be told they don’t do refunds just credit notes. Nothing but a hassle. Had to accept the credit note and order some more as soon as I arrived home. Had to pay extra delivery as I needed them for her birthday. Not a happy customer and will not be ordering again. Not even so much as a sorry from the store.
