awful experience so far! I ordered a number of items 9 days ago - still nothing has arrived - Cannot speak to anyone at Hermes (the courier) and trying to speak to someone at USC is almost impossible - I have emailed twice (no response) - eventually spoke to someone yesterday at USC who couldn't have sounded more disinterested - Still no parcel - no contact from anyone - I am supposed to just say nothing and lose money - items were for my son's birthday which is long gone!
