I ordered a pair of black leather boots for my son's school uniform. Unfortunately a pair of tan suede books was sent. The box had been incorrectly labelled at the warehouse it would seem. After several days of to-ing and fro-ing by email with customer service, an acceptable offer was made of the original delivery cost and 20% discount. Happy with the result, but I still have to buy my son his school shoes!
