They cancelled my order but took the money. They then have been claiming for over 2 weeks they never took the money from my account, however they have done and they keep lying about it!! . They delete any negative comments on social media, don’t reply on Facebook messager or email. They said that they only put the money as pending - yet they fully took the money from my account!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I have now put a claim in with my bank to dispute the payment! I am disgusted with this bad customer service!
