Ordered slim jeans online, but they were too baggy. Rather than pay postage back, I took them to a store. Was refused a refund, and given a credit note.
I really can't see why, if I could have had a refund by returning via post, an actual store can't do the same. Seems like the most ridiculous policy and one that means I won't want to buy from the website again.
If I'd posted the jeans back, that would have been at least £7 in postage I'd paid on them - hardly any point in buying them in the sale in the first place!
Disappointed to say the least.
