I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for my sons online. I was slightly disappointed about paying for postage but thought it would be easier than going to my local store! Wrong! Both pairs came faulty, so I decided to go into my local store to exchange them, atleast I could check them. But I was told I couldn't & would have to post them back. I phoned customer service when I got home, I was number 1 in the queue for 45 minutes, then an automated voice said there was a technical problem & was cut off! How annoying! I phoned again, it took a further 30 minutes to get to speak to someone. She told me I would have to pay to send them back, so much hassle. I am waiting for my replacements & my postage refund. I wish I would have purchased them in store in the first place, it's not been a good experience. My advice is to let people take products back to store like most other companies, & make it quicker to phone customers. it would be so much easier for everyone. I won't be purchasing online again.
