The item ordered was great and at a really good price. However, after selecting the ‘Next Day Delivery’ option and paying extra for this service, I was disappointed that my order arrived 4 working days after the order was placed. When I emailed the customer service team after 3 days to enquire where my order was, I didn’t receive a reply.
