This is the first time I've ordered with USC and really disappointed to say it will be the last. I ordered a Hugo Boss polo shirt for my dads 60th birthday requested the next day delivery which was £6.99. The order came not even packaged properly just thrown into a parcel bag like an old rag for a designer brand really really disappointed with the lack of care taken on this purchased item. Then it was stuffed through my letterbox and was total creased when it arrived. Unfortunately this item didn't fit and was really disappointed to read on the returns label I am going to have to pay to return this after already paying £6.99 delivery.
