Overall I actually love shopping with USC and shall hopefully continue to do so.
The biggest problem sadly though is no contact no for problems with orders ie sizing is very flippant and what should be the correct size is actually not.
I think the returns process could be improved also if I pay for next day delivery should I then have to pay to return a item that is wrong awaiting someone to then re process my order and charge me again making the delivery more expensive than the item/items ordered cost. For example I ordered 10 items all the same size however same brand one fits one doesn’t. Clearly this is not a issue from my side as every other item fits as it should but this one item is either too big or too small. Ideally you would call someone to send a replacement and then they could collect the incorrect item.
This is one reason I hope online shopping never takes over. You can’t beat being able to try before you buy.
This is a big gripe for me hence only 3stars.
