Hi not happy this is the 2nd time this has happened I ordered these clothes on the 24th of August and still no sign of the clothes got a email on the 25th saying order has been processed and collected by the courier. I ordered these clothes needing them as soon as even paid for better shipping (£6.99)to get them to be as soon as. 7 days and still no sign for the cost of £6.99 It’s a Joke.. Not fussed about the money its just annoying you can charge for better delivery but it’s worse meant to be a professional business but your service is shocking. Get better delivery by eBay shops. Awful customer service will not buy again from you! Shocking service and you will not make up for the 2nd time this has happened. So hopefully I get my clothes soon as I need them for my holiday..
