Maybe not an accurate review off Usc, but my parcel never arrived. I have been keeping tabs on it all weekend and the courier used to deliver my item has updated the delivery to 'Parcel left atfront Porch' I can 100% confirm my item wasn't on my front Porch.. it's either not been delivered or has stolen it from my 'front porch' I have asked neighbours did they take the parcel in for me, or did it get delivered to them but it hasn't been seen. I can't understand why a coat valued at £165 was just left at my front door nor why its wasnt signed delivery?? So not a bad review due to usc, but the courier they have used. I found the usc website and order process very easy and seamless, but at the end of the day I don't have my item I paid for!
