The Jacket arrived on time and using your website is easy and straight forward. My only complaint is that I had to pay to return the jacket ( which was too big) and to be honest it cost a lot more than I would like to have paid. This said, I would be very hesitant to use the site again as there are so many other clothing stores out there that pay for return shipping. It just does not make sense to for me to buy anything knowing that in case I need to return the item , I will be paying £6 or so for the pleasure. If or when they start offering free returns I will definitely be back as a satisfied customer.
