Item arrived - it was dirty and dusty, as if it had been in a warehouse without any packaging to protect it. In addition, the item was faulty in two places.
I have to now lose the initial £5 delivery charge AND pay an additional delivery charge to send the faulty item back. I do not believe this is fair or acceptable.
