I did 2 separate orders both of which came to just over £200. The first order was an Armani top for my brothers birthday. However on arrival I got some golf trousers from sports direct......I was extremely upset because my brothers birthday was the next day and couldn’t give him the tshirt. This made me worry about my second order that was over £150 if I’d even revive it. So that night I sent them an email. They refunded me straight away. The next day my big order cake and everything I ordered had cake I was so pleased. I then received a message from them saying that they had sent out the original tshirt free of charge as a good will gesture. Overall I am extremely pleased with their customer service and will defiantly be ordering from them again. Sophie shortman 😊
