Wrong item was sent. As there is no telephone number all communication had to be done by email. Not very happy as trainers were required for an imminent holiday and as every email took up to 3 days to reply it was not resolved to my satisfaction in time. Had to ask for them to check to ensure that the trainers I wanted were in stock and the correct ref number was quoted on the site. Then had the hassle of returning the incorrect item sent to me. Could have all been resolved with 1 phone call of less than 5 mins.
