No issues with the online site or the navigation. Very user friendly. My issue is with the courier service you have decided to use. I still haven't received my parcel which was due to arrive 7 days ago. The parcel tracker states it has arrived at a safe place and yet there's no indication as to where that is. The courier website is a disgrace and is next to impossible to navigate to get in touch with someone.
