Ordered 2 coats, hood faulty on one and quality not great on the other. Was unable to return to store, therefore had to return via post, which was not pre-paid, so as you can imagine to send 2 winter coats back, ended up being costly to myself and will have to wait upto 2 weeks for a refund on the coats!!!!
Needless to say, doubt very much I'll be using this site again!!!
