the shopping was actually really good but the company that delivers it (Yodel) are ridiculous. I have 3 messages saying they've tried to deliver the parcel and left a call card, that's not the case as I've been at home ''when they tried'' and there was no call card left. I've changed the date of the delivery to the following day and now for the last two days on there tracking system it says it's been a delay, delivery tried, awaiting instructions. Phoned them, they say I shouldn't see such a message as it's already out for delivery today, but I didn't get a confirmation of that! I've spent £100 on this shopping and being a student it's quite a bit! I've got a feeling they've lost my parcel and if they have then who is going to refund me my money?
