Products & pricing are great - your choice of delivery company is beyond useless.
Hermes tried to deliver at the same time on three consecutive work days and then after the third time returned it to you. There was NO contact number left as per the 'sorry we missed you' form (picture attached) and on the Hermes site there is no way of advising to leave in the porch etc..
These trainers were ordered for a holiday & now we will not have them in time.
