New customer. Order placed on the 15th September. Still waiting for goods. Hermes utter waste of space. Updates continually stated goods out for delivery and not received. Then received an update stating that it had been delivered and signed for. ..Then received another update saying it was our for delivery! Expected tomorrow. Let's see!
