An item on your website which I ordered and paid for. You said where it was to be delivered. On the first day I was told it had been delayed by a day, on the second I was told that it could not be delivered (it was a pair of shoes!) and was being returned to you. You did not offer to re-deliver! I can only assume that you did not have in stock and were to embarrassed to tell me.
