Ordered 3 pairs of jeans and 2 of them were incorrectly advertised as Slim but were in fact Super Slim and completely useless to me. I had to pay £5 for click and collect which is very unusual but then had to pay another £6.50 to return the items that you had incorrectly listed, therefore paying for your mistake! I sent a message to your customer services and was directed back to your website without answering my query. Really poor service and I feel I have been ripped off by paying for click and collect and then paying again because of your error.
