Bought a pair of jeans that did not fit (the same as a pair I bought from elsewhere but fit fine). I am aware this is not the fault of USC but my biggest gripe is the returns policy, it is a disgrace. No refunds only store credit, they never have what you are looking for in store so have no choice but to pay £5 minimum delivery every time. Shocking !
