Bad knews
1. I paid for tracking delivery and left a note “if no one is home leave with neighbours” I had to collect from post office. (Why am I paying for a service not provided?)
2. Product damaged on arrival.
3. No option for refund on return sheet.
4. Wrong size sent.
5. I expect a refund. (Faulty goods)
