Dreadful experience. They cancelled half of the order between order and despatch. They then don’t allow you to cancel... so you are left with heavy delivery charges for half an order.
Then when returning the full order you do not get postage refunded. Plus you pay for returns.
To round it all off... they do not respond to a complaint email.
I will avoid at all costs going forward. Like retail from the dark old days.
