I haven’t received my goods yet.
I have received emails from DPD saying I have rescheduled delivery, when I haven’t.
I have had no response from USC to emails I have sent asking for an update.
All in all an extremely bad experience, and one that means I won’t shop with you again.
Whether it is an issue with DPD or USC. I don’t know. As a consumer, I don’t care. I have paid my money to USC and expect you to ensure efficient delivery - you haven’t.
