Returns are a poor service. No-one is reachable by phone, the stores included. I had to drive 13 miles to my nearest store to check if they had another- they didn’t. It was Shirebrook and I was told I couldn’t deliver the returns parcel myself for refund - I’d have to go back home and pay to post it! I got a credit note for ease and placed another order. Orders take a long time to arrive. None of the services are in line with all other services out there. It puts me off shopping here again and I can not recommend to others- sorry.
