The delivery service of usc would be better improved if it didnt use Hermes as its courier as it had bad reviews in terms of their delivery. It’s better if usc uses Royal Mail, Dpd, or Parcelforce as most post office accept parcels from them. I got mine delivered to my nearest post office not knowing they dont take Hermes. So they rejected my parcel and requested for it to be returned. Long story short I ended up ordering the same items and got it delivered to my nearest store point.
