My order arrived incomplete. Contacted customers services to make them aware, apparently the situation was being handled and the missing piece was on the was on royal mail 2nd class.
I rang them once a week for a period of a month and half and they said the same thing every time "it's on its way to you". Eventually, after a lot of persuasion from me they got this other team to sort my problem out. The item was no longer available and was offered a 40% refund of a tracksuit from which I only have the top.
