Courier firm does not give you options to leave parcel somewhere safe ! They do not have a local shop where you can collect parcel . They leave no number on card to call when they have missed you to arrange redelivery. All in all took three days longer than necessary to obtain clothing because of delivery method. Would seriously consider firms that use royal mail or buy from Amazon in the future because of this .
