When I first came into the Highcross Leicester store, the guy who served me was very non-chalant in his attitude but he was very informative and guided me towards the site to look for the shoes there. From there, the site itself was smooth, very easy to move around in and the purchase did not take long. I got them delivered in-store and they arrived in no time. I went to collect and I was greeted with a smile but the woman behind the desk was very dis-engaging and she was more interested in finishing the sale over customer relations. Overall, I was happy with my overall customer experience but the staff could have been more welcoming and engaging.
