My 1st and defiantly my last purchase from this site, placed order over a week ago, made several calls to customer services (at 13p a minute) for assistance as to where my order was that the confirmation email said would be delivered on Monday, firstly to be told it had been shipped then to be told it could be have been lost in the warehouse, either way my order hasn't been fulfilled and I probably £5 out of pocket in customer service call charges.
