USC Is an absolute joke of a company! You will never receive the order that you placed with them. Please be aware of this and don’t order from them. I placed an order on the 7th of October and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received my order, although they advertise on their website it will be delivered within 48 hours. I telephoned them, I was put on hold for 35 minutes before they cut me off and I was charged £21 for this, obviously it was a premium rate telephone number! I have sent them numerous emails trying to find out where my order is and they never reply back! I am now taking this further as surely a company can’t get away with this?
