I am at my wits end with the poor level of service and communication from USC. I ordered a pair of 883 Police Mitzi shorts in Stone as a replacement for a pair I already own so am aware of what these shorts should be. What I received was totally different to those advertised and pictured on the USC website and a much inferior product. I contacted USC via numerous emails to try to explain the mistake and returned the item only for them to send me the self same incorrect item once again! I have since contacted the parent company, Sports Direct and am now waiting for them to resolve this issue by way of either the correct item or a refund. If anyone from USC would like to contact me regarding this I would be more than happy to discuss further.
