Really pleased with my purchase however the attitude of the staff member who served me needs addressing.
I went into the Yeovil store at 5:10pm and was greeted with “yes?” I explained I had an order to pick up, she carried on folding a shirt, without saying anything she walked off. When she came back she said “order number?” Which I gave her. She then put my order on the counter with the receipts and went back to folding. Good customer service? Not at all!
