i paid for next day delivery on monday morning, put in all of my details and paid the extra £7 as it was an important gift. on tuesday everything was going to plan until i checked my delviery tracker where it said it was delayed due to a ‘“address query” i then got in contact with usc about this and they told me that my house number was not written on the parcel even though i selected it. they then told me to wait until wednesday morning where they might try deliver it again but my tracker was not given any updates so i had no idea when i would be receiving my parcel or where it was. i tried a live chat multiple times where they just repeated themselves whilst giving no insight on where my parcel was or when i would actually be receiving it. I also called the customer service line where i spoke to a lady who was rude and unhelpful towards me. come thursday, 4 days after ordering and PAYING £7 for next day delivery, i finally received an email telling me my parcel would be coming before 1pm, even though i needed it for wednesday hence why i paid more to receive it sooner. finally by mid morning on thursday i received my parcel however the box was torn in multiple placed. i was not happy with my service and unimpressed with the attitude and lack of communication with USC. i feel very strongly that my £7 mext day delivery should be refunded back to me as i did not receive the parcel for 3 days and it is your responsibility to furfill that.
