You sent me a faulty coat, with 2 burns in the material. It took you 24 hours to reply to me by email with a bog standard reply that didn't really appease any of the situation. The reply was only this quick as I went into one of your stores who helped me chase it (I felt I had to do this, after I had an automatic response email sating it could take 5 days to respond!!! What a great way to interact with customers who have a problem.) The service I got in the store was very friendly although in the end they couldn't resolve my problem (Trinity Walk Wakefield) Interestingly it took them 30 mins to get through on the phone to the customer service team, again putting customers at the heart of your business. The coat was a birthday present and that date has now passed. Will not shop with USC online again. Although I will consider the store as the staff were very good
