I ordered a pair of trainers size 5. They arrived in a battered box with no paperwork of payment. Not only that the size 5 didn't fit. I am normally a size 4.5, so i thought i'd go for the size above. When shoes arrived, i looked at them and thought, surely these aren't a 5, they must be at least a 3, but according to the box and shoe they were a size 5. I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. I then wrote an email to USC's email to which i have had no reply. I now have to return an item (pay for my own postage) to which i already payed £4.50 delivery additionally for a pair of shoes that i believe are faulty, or they are not a "true" size 5. If this was the case, it was not stated on USC website about Adidas shoes being a small fit. I used the size guide provided.
Thanks
