unfortunately a tatty shoe box arrived and one of the shoes looked to be a window display with the sole and suede a tarnished yellow, does no one check before sending???
Then to have to go through the returns process without a pre paid return label was just hassle, and these were to be a birthday gift.
I wont use the service again as it's to much trouble if there is a problem..
