Despatch time wasn't too bad , when despatched excellent tracking of parcel and delivery. I was abit disappointed with the way they were packed in the bags as all bags were ripped open not very neat At all. Items were all as described as they are presents I will have to repackage them in tissue paper as bags untidy and ripped.
