I was made to pay £14 to return products that did not fit me.
This is over and above the £6.99 postage I had to pay for the goods to be delivered to my house.
I understand this is your policy but I find it very disappointing.
It has certainly put me off making future online orders.
Surely the return of products that do not fit should be covered.
