Appalling customer service. Also product had a manufacturing fault and when sent back I received a note stating that I allegedly sent the shoes back as I had ‘changed my mind’ rather than for the reason I explicitly indicated on the returns form. I was also not refunded the excess £5.95 it cost me to send the shoes back to USC via first class postage. If a member of the customer service team has the time, it would be great to hear from them about how I can claim the rest of my money back.
