Parcel said delivered on website but we hadn’t received it. At the time it was allegedly delivered there was somebody at home. No contact number given, only managed to find a number to call after googling USC customer service and somebody had shared a Parcelforce number which is the UK agent. Fortunately this worked and we located the parcel. It had been delivered to our local post office but no email to me to tell me what they had done. Not impressed.
