I received the wrong item and I have to pay to send it back. Instead of a Lacoste pants I got a bra??? First i thought it was a joke....I'm waiting for a refund or the right item...But still I'll paid 8 pounds te send the item back???? It's a clear error by the order picker...I'm wandering what USC will handle this to make me a satisfied customer.....
